After a short introduction on the area of Cossogno, the pocket guidebook describes some thematic routes: the religiousness path, dedicated to the evidences of the popular devotion of the inhabitants of the valley; the forest path, describing the various kinds of local woodlands; the energy path, explaining how the water richness of Val Grande was exploited in the past and continues to be exploited today; the chestnut tree path, lovingly cultivated by the farmers for its precious fruits; the toil trail, illustrating the main working activities practiced in the area. The guidebook, printed on ecological recycled paper and rich in images, ends with a bibliography on Val Grande and its Park.
